Welcome to our FIFTH season of The Pumpkin Concierge! We deliver, style, pickup and donate pumpkins and currently serve both residential and commercial locations within the Oklahoma City Metro, Tulsa Metro and the Chicago Western Suburbs.

We source our pumpkins directly from family-owned and operated pumpkin farms and at the end of the season, we also donate our client's pumpkins to local farms.

We currently deliver anywhere within the Oklahoma City Metro area, Tulsa Metro and Chicago Western Suburbs. A delivery fee may apply at checkout if your zip code is beyond our primary service area.

Deliveries begin mid-September and end in mid-October and pumpkin pickup begins in November. You'll select your preferred delivery and pickup week at checkout.

The week prior to your chosen delivery/pickup week, you will receive an email reminder. This helps us create the most efficient delivery routes so that we can best serve our clients.

If you have a specific delivery/pickup date or event date in mind, please contact us directly and we’d love to discuss how we can help meet your needs!

Remember that pumpkins are natural and perishable, and are subject to heat/weather conditions, animals, etc, however, we do our best to give your pumpkins a good start to help them last throughout the season.

If you prefer to keep your pumpkins beyond Halloween, we recommend choosing a later delivery week.

All clients will receive specific pumpkin care instructions.

We donate all healthy pumpkins to local farms. Lots of animals, like pigs and chickens, benefit from the nutrition that pumpkins provide, and pumpkins also make great compost!

We also donate or recycle any reusable materials, like the cardboard pumpkin bins and pallets used throughout the season.

Yes! After serving this industry since 2022, I have many lessons learned and best practices, and I'm happy to share appropriate resources to help other businesses get started or scale, beyond what I share publicly on social media.
